2. Who Can Use Our Site

Everyone is welcome to visit our site. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

3. Orders & Sales

• After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

• We ship all items in one package whenever possible.

• Returns & Refunds:

  • We do not accept general returns.

  • If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll offer a full refund.

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Email returns@courtqueen.net for assistance.

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

• We ship with Printify and currently only within the USA.

• Orders are processed within 7 business days.

• Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days.

• Shipping is free on all orders.

• You assume the risk once the item is shipped.

5. Payments

• We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and possibly Klarna in the future.

• Payment is due before shipping.

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes.

• As we are based outside the U.S., your payment processor may charge foreign transaction fees.

6. Customer Reviews & Uploaded Content

• You may leave product reviews and comments on our site.

• We may use your comments or media (like photos) for promotional purposes.

• Content must not violate any laws or rights of others.

7. Prohibited Use & Account Suspension

You may not:

• Misuse or hack the site

• Reverse engineer or copy our content without permission

• Pretend to be someone else

• Interfere with other users or our services

While we do our best to keep everything accurate, mistakes can happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and will notify you if this affects your order.

As our business is based in Cyprus and we sell to customers in the USA, we recommend using arbitration to resolve any disputes. Final decisions on jurisdiction may be adjusted based on the location of the customer and applicable international law.
